NCL Air - Looking for data points - flights from Northern CA to FL

I'm using NCL for my flight to Port Canaveral for my March, 2023 cruise. I'll be flying from Sacramento, CA.

 

I'm curious to know what flights others have had from NorCal to Orlando (or Miami) for previous cruises. I know that I'll be booked on a red-eye and I plan to come in a day early (fly out Friday night for a Sunday cruise). I was originally just going to arrive on Sunday morning, but decided to come in a day early just in case.

 

I also have the airport transfers, so do I have to make my way back to the airport on Sunday morning to get the transfer to the port?
