Freeport or Nassau? Which has the best beach to take an excursion?

I would like to take an excursion on one of the stops, but I'd like to figure out which stop has the best beach to visit?

I would recommend taking an excursion in Freeport as there is less to do near the port.  In Nassau you can walk through the straw market,  take a cheap shuttle to Atlantis,  or hire a cab driver to show you around the island for about $30 per seat in a van..
