Casino Offer Match - Drinks

We are on an upcoming complimentary sailing as part of the Casino Royale offer match. In the booking details, it says that “Complimentary drinks in Casino Royale are extended as part of the Offer for Recipient and Recipient’s guest in the same reservation”.

Is our SeaPass coded to get the complimentary Casino drinks? Or do we get a SeaPass sticker from someone in the Casino?

Here are the T&C’s, see #7. I was surprised to learn the drinks extends to the Recipients guest too.

Did you place offer match request through this page https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/TierOfferCruiseMatchRequest.asp ? Also what was the turnaround time for Club Royale to get back for the offer match request? I placed a request on 2 weeks ago and still no response. Thanks for your help in advance.

Took about 3 months for me. The offer I was given expires in Oct, when the first Royal ships sail into Australia for summer season.

 

The offer did not highlight what it included.
