You are coming to the right place for this. Just a few blocks inland from the cruise ship dock is the Shipyard Brewery, our largest microbrew. It's a factory as the beer is sold all over the place. I understand it is now distributed in California. In the old port is Gritty McDuffs, a real brew pub. They also bottle and sell their beer everywhere. There's more than half a dozen microbrews in Portland alone.

 

thanks for the beer tip. i love to try different beers. some i like, some not. you never know untill you try which one will be a good one.
