Puerto Plata Bergantin Beach

We'll be on NCL Encore in April, arriving in Taino Bay in Puerto Plata on 4/14.  Can anyone recommend a tour operator that can

show us some of the area, and then go to Bergantin Beach?  If you have been to that beach: do they have chairs/umbrellas to rent? 

PS we cannot do the open air/off road safari type vehicles - hubby has a bad back!  TYIA for advice/suggestions!
