SCX22 Posted March 23, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2023 Try again tomorrow using the desktop version of the app. My mom ordered some add-ons she was unaware of when ordering her Medallion, so she cancelled the order. The system took a day to refresh and she was able to place a new order. The Ocean Medallion shop works better using the desktop version through the Cruise Personalizer. If all else fails the Medallion App tech support should be able to help you. Call the Princess customer support line and follow the prompts to the Medallion App department.
