Which ports to schedule dives in?

Going on a 9 night cruise Oct 2024 and looking for recommendations on which Greek port people recommend doing diving excursions in. We are stopping at Santorini, Mykonosis, Crete and Athens.

Definitely not in Athens.

Diving is not great in the Med, but friends tell me there is a very interesting shipwreck near Mykonos.

Was looking at Mykonos or Crete so this is good to know.
