Vancouver tour & airport transfer

We land at 6:30am and do not have a flight until 7:30pm.  Booked the NCL excursion to do the 41/2 hour tour of the city.

   After we booked a couple of questions popped up. 

 

   1 -  Has anyone done this excursion and is it any good?

   2 -  Does anyone know if my luggage is loaded on the bus, and stays on the bus from the ship - to the airport ?
