Yes.

 

It really depends on your priorities. As others have noted, the Joy has a lot of stuff for a 16 year old to do. It might not be as much as the Icon, but you can't discard the fact that 16 year olds like privacy too. So, there is that. I think you'll all enjoy yourselves either way. I would personally find it difficult to pass up the Haven.
