What is the cost for rose island?

Can anyone tell me the cost to go to rose Island on Sea Island Adventures. I see posts saying they paid $40. The web site shows $70 on one page and $60 on another for the same trip ?:confused:

The 3 in 1 tour (Snorkel Beach and Lunch) to Rose Island is $70 less 10% discount for booking off the website (or mention it when you call ).. not thru a tour desk.

 

There's another snorkeling tour, which does not include bahamian lunch, and is for a shorter period of time that costs $40. It doesn't always fill up, and it's oftentime cancelled.
