JoJo1947 Posted July 29, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2023 Just a thought when you have port assistance to embark do you have a crew member that comes to your cabin to escort you to your Muster station? My usual cruise line does so hopefully someone who has port assistance can let me know.
Coravel Posted July 29, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2023 It will say on your pass card where your muster station is and you can ask any crew member to assist you in locating it. No need to take your lifejacket.

FOCLs follow the SOLAS regulations... folk in accessible cabins will have members of staff allocated to assist them in an emergency. The general rules are that as part of the muster drill those members of staff will escort a wheelchair user from their cabin to the muster station if a drill takes place. FOCLs staff should be able to confirm this before the cruise.
