Ordering “gifts” on Celebrity

I am surprising my hubby with this cruise for our anniversary. I am thinking of ordering something from the gift list, like chocolate covered strawberries. How and when do you get things like that on board? Are they in your cabin when you arrive? Do you have to ask your room attendant for it? I’d love to have them in the room when we arrive. 
Being concierge class we are also supposed to have a bottle of champagne. How can I get that in the cabin prior to our arrival?

Don't know about the champagne, but when I've ordered a cheese platter, it was rarely in the stateroom before sail-away. There should be a card in the stateroom with the room steward's phone number. A quick, discreet call should get it delivered by the time you have finished muster check-in.

The order form may ask when you want it delivered.  It was asked for my bar setup.

 

And that celebrity stuff is sham-pain.  At least that is what you feel when you drink it.
