Fred C. Nelles Posted January 15 #1 Share Posted January 15 For any Yanks who might be considering booking a Fred. Olsen cruise on-line, be aware you will be unable to pay on-line with a credit card. We have tried many times with many different credit cards, and the website always returns a message saying there was a problem with the credit card. You will have to telephone customer service directly and provide your card information, whereupon it will work fine. If you don't mind doing business that way, everything will be wonderful. When we asked what the issue was, customer service said it had something to do with the way US addresses are displayed. I'm sure that FOCL gets plenty of cruisers from the UK, so it doesn't matter enough for anyone in England to do something about it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
