KAYAKING AT ST. CROIX?

There is not many comments about the Kayaking excursion on here.  Has any one been lately?  Last good short review was in 2006.

My biggest questions are:  Can you paddle or foot peddle on these kayaks?   And is there any swimming time in the salt water during the tour?  Do you wear swimwear on this tour?  Thanks for comments from those that have done this tour. Would like to hear the good and the bad as we have never done kayaking.
