Chat feature on new Princess app

On the Princess web site it says there is a new Chat feature. Any difference than the old app?

The only thing I’ve seen is that it’s been combined with the Crew Call feature. Both are accessed using the Chat button. I haven’t used it yet though

I have tried chat on a couple of occasions now and my problem was never resolved so I am not overly impressed with it but YMMV
