What is best way to see the coast since Norwegian does not go past any longer? Most excursions I’ve found don’t pick up from cruise terminal. What is the best everyone has found and best mode of transportation to get there?

We like Captain Andy in Port Allen and if we were on a cruise and wanted to use them, we'd rent a car from Avis or Budget, who sends a shuttle to the cruise terminal.
