Anyone familiar with the obstructed view cabins on deck 8 of Pacific Adventure or Encounter?

There are a group of cabins on deck 8 which do not seem to have any lifeboat in front of them,  These are cabins 8402 to 8412 and the same with cabins 8401 to 8411 on the other side.  Have you any idea what the obstruction is in front of these cabins?  Thanks to anyone who can advise me.

When you look down, the width of the promenade deck and railing will be visible from your cabin, as the deck comes out to around the same width as the lifeboats & tenders. When you look out, you get something like this view of the life raft stations - a pic of 8408 from Adventure's previous life as Golden Princess
