Galveston parking

We are cruising out of Galveston departing from terminal 25 but returning to terminal 28.

Can we drop our bags off at terminal 25 and drive to Express Lot at terminal 25 without getting back on harborside drive?

Meaning, can we drive straight through to reach parking lot?

Our last Princess (January) cruise left from 25 and returned to 28.   You can reach the express lot from the terminal without going back to the street.  We entered the port area via 33rd St. which follows the railroad tracks and ends in the express parking lot.  After parking, we carried/rolled our luggage to the terminal which is adjacent to the express lot.  We found this method to be much less hassle than dropping the luggage in front of the terminal and then parking.  Enjoy your cruise!
