Where do we go to make a reservation for Chops and Portfino on Jewel of Seas?

 

Also do we buy the wine package at the same place?

The easiest way is to call... the information is included in the information given to you at embarkation. You can buy the wine package at dinner the first night. We found out that you can only get the wine at dinner... not at vintages or at any other time.

I've seen some waiters allow people to take the wine back to their cabin. I guess it just depends on your server or head waiter. I know that if you have bought a bottle of wine that they'll get it for you if you're dining in one of the specialty restaurants.
