Thanks so much...now this is what l call providing a real service!!

 

May l have the recipe for the "Chocolate Sin" & "Coco Loco"..

 

There was a drink I had on the Sun Princess that was Banana, Chocolate & Kalua. Not much of a drinker but absolutley loved this one. I've been trying to track it down on Carnival.

One of my favorite Carnival drinks is the Blue Neon.I know this is not a Carnival drink but still very good so I wanted to share :) It is called a Red Death and served at Universal CityWalk Orlando,FL.

 

RED DEATH - CITYWALK VERSION

1 OZ VODKA

1 OZ SOUTHERN COMFORT

1 OZ AMARETTO

1 OZ TRIPLE SEC

1/4 OZ LIME JUICE

ORANGE JUICE

PINEAPPLE JUICE

DASH OF GRENADINE

SHAKE WITH ICE

edit: It apparently is similair to the "twilight zone"??, without the Blue Curacao being mixed in....it's poured in first, then teh others blended and poured.

 

I need to do a bit more research to find out :-)

 

I know it has a splash of Blue curacao, light rum, dark rum, 151, blended with ice...not sure what else though...OJ maybe?

Thanks for the info! I believe it also had cream of coconut or some pina colada base.

Back in 2008 my favorite bartender, Lorna, would mix me up a martini I believe is called Blue Aquaris. I tried to replicate it but I'm missing something. It's vodka, blue curacao, lime juice. Mine was too blue. Any recipe for this?

Hurricane Wave - Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

1 oz Coconut Rum

1/2 oz Peach Schnapps

3 1/3 oz Pineapple Juice

3 1/3 oz Orange Juice

1/2 oz Grenadine

 

Directions:

 

Blend all ingredients together. Pour over ice. Garnish with an orange slice.

Kiss On The Lips

 

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps

4-6 oz Mango Mix

1 tbsp Grenadine

 

 

Directions:

 

Mix schnapps and mango mix, then swirl in grenadine. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
