very impressed with carnival cust service!!

i just received a call from carnival just to say bon voyage and have a great cruise. the girl even wanted to talk to my 2 sons and tell them the same. that is the only reason they called and i did NOT even book through carnival. i just found that to be an exceptional thing for them to do. i am sure they do it for most everyone but i was just very impressed. setting sail in 90 1/2 hrs on the triumph.

and Carnival called me in January to ask how I enjoyed my December (canceled by FEMA) cruise.
