?? re: booked E3 cabin for BOS 12nt cruise in 2007!!

We have the last unobstructed view cabin for the 09/30/07 12-nt cruise r/t from Barcelona!!!

 

Just wondering if A- it's a good cabin (8600), B-upgrades?? (I can no longer find the search function in these bulletin boards!), and C-should we switch categories to an E2/1?

 

What is the difference b/w the E1-E2-E3? Any help is greatly appreciated!
