Savings Certificates/Coupons

Recommended Posts

After my cruise on the Radiance in January, I was mailed savings certificates on a future cruise. When I booked my May cruise on the Monarch, I immediately filled out the certificate and faxed it to the number provided. It didn't say I had to mail the coupon in or do anything of that nature (or did it?)... but I never got the $50 credit. Any thoughts on why not or which part of the rules I didn't follow? Just wondering for future reference...

When you booked your cruise, did you give them the promo code from the certificate? Also, I'm sure you checked this, but in the fine print, it will have certain restrictions, as far as sailing dates, ships and categories. You may want to call whoever you booked it with tho check.
