magicolor_girl Posted May 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2006 After my cruise on the Radiance in January, I was mailed savings certificates on a future cruise. When I booked my May cruise on the Monarch, I immediately filled out the certificate and faxed it to the number provided. It didn't say I had to mail the coupon in or do anything of that nature (or did it?)... but I never got the $50 credit. Any thoughts on why not or which part of the rules I didn't follow? Just wondering for future reference...
starq1 Posted May 11, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 11, 2006 Submit it again to coupons@rccl.com. Make sure to include the code and all your booking information. You will then get an email in return saying it has been applied. Many people do it this way rather then sending or faxing them in.
lvtotrvl1 Posted May 11, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 11, 2006 When you booked your cruise, did you give them the promo code from the certificate? Also, I'm sure you checked this, but in the fine print, it will have certain restrictions, as far as sailing dates, ships and categories. You may want to call whoever you booked it with tho check.
