Price drop..who do I call?

Recommended Posts

Just checked my cruise price and the price has gone down $60 dollars. Yeah! But, I'm not sure who to call, the TA or Carnival? I have not made my final payment yet. What do you all suggest.

I know from these boards, I'll probably get on board credit or something, which is great.

Thanks

yes definitly call your TA. On one of my cruises there was a 400/person drop in price and I called Celebrity directly(since I had booked through them) and they credited my credit card! No questions asked!

Since this will be a Carnival cruise... You need to call your booking agent, in this case your TA. Calling Carnival would do no good. They won't 'interfere' with an outside booking. They would tell you to contact your TA.:)
