Paragliding???

DH did a couple of years ago. It was fine, if you have never done it before. The drop wasn't steep enough for him, but he hang glides off fairly steep cliffs. Would be a lot of fun for a beginner. I sat and watched for a couple of hours and everyone looked like they were having a really good time.
