Question about Concierge Club

If you've cruised on Carnival 10 times or more, you are a member of the Concierge Club. Your ID card will be platinum colored and you have certain privileges, such as skipping the lines at check in, some little petit fours and other snacks, a special phone number for onboard services, stationery with your name on it.

My question is this: Can Concierge Club privileges be used on other cruise lines that are owned by Carnival? In my case, I am sailing on Cunard's Queen Mary II in December. I'd like to know if Concierge Club carries over to Cunard.

Any help would be most appreciated....

Nope, even within the Carnival umbrella of lines, they are still competing for profitibility and revenue amongst each other and each individual line only offers the perks within that line to encourage more sailings.
