Cost of Souvenirs

Recommended Posts

How much are souvenirs in Copenhagen ( DK) Stockholm(SEK) Tallinn(EEK) and in Russia (RUR)? For example, how much are postcards, books, nesting dolls etc? When you buy from the street/ market, from what I've been reading in the forum, they prefer USD, does that mean, they won't take Rubles? I had planned on bringing rubles. What are good souvenirs any way that I might find from these cities? Thanks for any info.Sorry, just a few questions again from me.:) :) :)

My wife and I usually get post cards, a thimble for our collection and also at christmas ornament. The thimbles were about $5 each on average. Post cards were a $1 or less in some cases. In Tallin when you walk to town there are these girls handing out postcards for free with a local map. Books on each area visited are around $15 each. Most ports take US dollars and especially Euros. Some prefer their local currency such as rubles in Russia. Make sure you check out the nice outdoor market in Helsinki down by the waterfront.
