Travel Document Question..

HI Iam sailing on POAL on Aug 20, I am flying in 2 days early I recieved my airline reservation thru e-mail I used NCL air, I was wondering when do you recieve all documents in mail or do you not recieve mailed documents?also does anyone know how the transfers work once you reach your destination NCL provides free transfers if you use their air, do they also e-mail reservations? Thanks I appreciate any help
