Hotel in Quebec City

We are planning a cruise that leaves from Quebec City. Can anyone suggest

a nice hotel that won't break my budget. Thanks in advance.

I absolutely adore the Chateau de Pierre on rue St Genevieve near the Frontenac.. convenient to everything.. family run and friendly.. clean... small.. have stayed there from 1987 on.. the last time for winter carnival in 2004.. Cannot say enough about this charming place and it will not break the budget!:)
