Port Canaveral accommodations -need input

Recommended Posts

We stayed the Doubletree OceanResort in June. Very nice hotel. Very nice beach access. I got in thr priceline for 90.00 per night. They do have shuttle to the port for 4.00 per person/each way. We ended up driving because the difference was about 16.00 and we figured it would be convienent to have our car.

The hotel was clean and nice. The pool area was convienent to the beach and adequate. NOT HUGE!

We would definately stay there again!

it wasn't Grills, I am thinking it is Shells. Lots of ambience, good wine list and great fish. i'll ck in my card pile for its name and where we actually were. Melbourne Fl was the courtyard, we drove toward the beach and the place was downtown with its parking lot in t he back. i'll try cause it was good.. just read that Mariner docked with Norovirus aboard today.. bring the alcohol rub for you and your drinks.. lol..
