Ice Cream and Other

Hi,

 

We have cruised many times with our older kids (9 and 12), but always on Disney, Carnival and RCI. Since my kids have a nut allergy, getting soft serve ice cream is important to them - as they can't get it often at home.

 

Can anyone tell me if this cruise line has soft serve chocolate/vanilla ice cream machines or if ice cream is "scooped" from a bucket? Is there a charge? What is the availability?

 

Also, if there ping pong or giant chess? Kids club?

Celebrity has both soft serve and their own ship board made "hard" scooped ice cream available in the same dispensing points. Various toppings including chocolate, caramel and jimmies are available. No charge. Availability starts after breakfast and is open all day at least through early dinner. I'm not sure when it closes for the day.
