Ensenada Disembarkation Trip to San Diego

If I disembark in Ensenada Mexico - what tours, etc... are there to get to San Diego (the airport or a hotel)? Is there a way to tour Ensenada, Tijuana, the Mexican coast, etc and then cross the border to San Diego. I see plenty of San Diego - Ensenada day trips (roundtrip with lunch for around $60 from San Diego), but can't find a tour agency with one-way trips to San Diego from Ensenada. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
