Question about Bus Transportation to Ship?

We are leaving on the 20th on our first cruise.(Ryndam, Southbound Alaska) We are so excited. According to our documents we will need to find the HAL bus line after picking up our luggage in Ancorage.

Where is this located? How is the ride to Seward? Does the busline stop at all?

Thanks

Stephanie

At the baggage claims area there will be a person from HAL waiting for you. They will have a sign in front of them so it will be easy to find.

The bus ride to Steward is about 3-hours NON-STOP. It is a very scenic ride, if lucky you might see a Moose or two.

Stephanie,

The HAL/Westours reps will be quite often be wearing red jackets with navy pants or skirts. The red jackets make for a helpful visual.

The reps are adept at finding you once you are at baggage claim AND at that point they'll take care of getting all of your luggage to the bus. I like that!
