Ft. Lauderdale airport to Miami Pier - Best Way?

Hi Everyone,

 

We are flying into Ft. Lauderdale the night before our cruise and staying at a hotel close to the airport. What is the best way to get from the hotel to the Miami Pier for a group of 8?

 

We have called Larry's Limo and inquired about a van. Has anyone used their service?
