Would I Have Enough Time T Dive At Hidde World

If I come into port at calica will I have enough time to make it to hidden world for a dive and still get back before the boat leaves

What are your port times? I'm diving in Hidden Worlds in two weeks. I'm driving down from Playa. I'll let you know how long it takes.

You should have plenty of time. Hidden Worlds is only about 15 minutes south of Calica. We didn't dive there but did snorkel. What a beautiful place.

I just returned from Playa and Hidden Worlds. Hidden Worlds is 40 km from Calica. You will need to either get a cab for the day or take the collectivo's to HW. The one tank dive is 2 1/2 hrs. The two tank dive is 4 hrs. I would recommend if you have the time to do the two hour dive. The dives are awesome!

thanks RACER4 and TRAINACOMIN for your help-If our boat docks at 7:00 ( calica )and leaves at 5:00 would it work to do two tank dive at hidden world starting at 11:00 ( 4 HRS. dive pavckage )and still make it back to the boat before it leaves or do you think we could make it to hidden world for a start time of 9:00 and remove the pressure of getting back?

I hate rushing back to the ship so I would do the 9:00am. I'm pretty sure that if you miss the first dive at 9am you can catch up on the 2nd tank cave and then do the first tank cave with the 1pm tour. Someone did that while I was there. I dove at 1pm and someone joined me for his second tank.

 

It would all hinge on how fast you can get off the ship and get a taxi.
