Ok now that I have my documents I have a few questions.. I have Green Tags in my folder what do those mean? Also it says my cabin is U83... Does anyone happen to know anything about that Cabin? It is Cabin U83 on Celebration?

The tag color corresponds to your deck, you can type your room number into the search forum link, if anyone has said anything about it, it will come up.

In the main Carnival forum as you get to the messages there is a blue bar with "search this forum" or some language, click on it, type in your room and go...

 

It will bring up any threads where it is mentioned, it increases your odds of information immensely as anything written by those that don'e log in anymore or infrequently will come up.

you are close to the elevators -which is good, middle of ship another good thing
