Debarkation ????

This will be our 1st cruise on Carnival (9/16 Fantasy). I was wondering, if you plan on carrying off your own luggage do you need to wait until your color is called?

 

I know the last time we sailed RCL, if you carried your own luggage off, you could leave as soon as the ship was cleared. Does CCL do that as well?

Yes, they do, Self Debarkation will begin as soon as they clear customs.

They'll generally make an announcement I think.

Did it on the Imagination a few weeks ago and it was TERRIBLE. Took forever to get on an elevator, and then to get through the line for customs. Be prepared to wait
