Transfer Question

We've got a 3 day pre-cruise stay in Seattle that includes transfer to the ship (Mercury) the day of the cruise, and were wondering if Celebrity usually has a rep meet the passengers at the hotel to kind of shepherd them to the transportation. This is our first Celebrity Cruise and any info would be much appreciated.

We used Celebrity for our pre-cruise in London. The rep. met us in the lobby when we checked in and told us what to expect the morning of check-out. Celebrity picked up our luggage outside our room during the night and we just had to board the bus the next morning. The Celebrity rep also rode with us on the bus to the ship.
