there are a couple of other threads which discussed this...I can't find the exact ones but know there were, as I posted a lot!!!

 

Some of the ships now have sushi in the Windjammer at dinner. I don't know about Enchantment so can't help you there. On the Brilliance it was what I call "fake" sushi.....not good stuff, but not bad either...it just wasn't real sushi. Better than nothing, though. Some other ships appear to have the real thing.
