Dec. 25 in San Juan

I will be in San juan on Dec. 25., 2006. Will anything be open. Would it be best to find a Hotel and just stay at the beach?

Go into old san Juan, most stores will be closed but there might be some typical activities going on.

Oh my. I am not catholic but would love to have the opportunity to visit the cathedral on Christmas !!!! I bet they have a beautiful mass for it.

 

We stayed at the El Convento which is right across the street and there was a wedding on Friday night....we sat on the terrace by the small pool and watched the festivities..... it was really neat. Everyone was all dressed up, smiling faces.... a new life together....
