What to do with toddlers

I would love to hear from anyone with suggestions of what to do in Dominica with two children - ages 2 & 4. The catch is that we will be there on Easter 07. So I am not sure if we can even get a taxi. I was thinking Mero beach or Soufriere/Scott's Head area. I know the beaches are not that great but we prefer not to stay on the ship. We also cannot leave the kids on the ship. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Delee,

Thank you for your reply. I don't think we want to do an organized tour since we are not sure how tolerant our 2 year old will be. We also don't want to ruin anybody else tour if she starts to whine. So I am looking for something just our family can do. Any suggestions? Anybody come across anything ?

Has anyone done horseback riding?
