stateroom #1064

I just booked a cruise on the magic , category 9, stateroom #1064. Can anyone tell me, if this room is ok. It's on deck 1, so I don't know if it is right near the engines or anything. Should i try to upgrade the day we embark????? thanks

Room 1064 IS on a list for noisy rooms.

 

It can be anything from a humming noise to loud engine noisies.

I wouldnt wait until check in to change, i would call now and try to change.

If you wait the ship may be a sell out and then you will be stuck there.

what do you mean a list? where do i find this list? Is all of deck one on the list???? thanks for your help

One other thing to keep in mind...the Category 9 cabins on deck 1 have two rather small portholes. If you move up to deck 2 you will have one very large porthole. Personally I would go with the larger window. It's great to be able to see the ports and even just miles of ocean out of that big window!
