What differences should I expect?

We are cruising on the Sun the New Years, and can't wait. We have sailed on the Majesty (had a fabulous time) and the Dream (an issue or two but still a really nice time), and since I know the Sun is a newer and "better" (realizing better is a really subjective term) ship, what sort of differences should I expect? Is the food much different, the cabins any larger, more amenities, etc? Thanks in advance for your input :)
