I don't know the answer to your question but here is the number to Gator City taxi, they are the "official" cab company at the airport. I'm sure they can give you an idea, my guess would be no more than $25-$30.

We flew in to Jax airport last month and stayed at the holiday inn express near the terminal. Less than a mile. It cost us right at $30.00 so I would say that would be a real close figure for you. Have a great cruise the celebration is truely a fun ship with a fun crew.
