What to wear for NH Krystal massage?

This may be a dumb question but I would like to know what to expect so here goes --we booked a massage at the NH Krystal and I want to know do you wear your bathing suit or do you take it all off?? We have never had one and don't want to seem naive.. Also how much should we tip for the massage
