The Knife Restaurant-Miami

I have eaten at the Knife restaurant several times. The food is wonderful and the price is very reasonable. They have a salad bar area for salads and side items...then you walk up to the grill and tell the cooks what you want. Anything from chicken / steak kabobs, filet mignon (any cuts), churrasco, different sausages...It is customary to tip the cook everytime you go for more meat...1 dollar is satisfactory. The steaks are cooked Argentinean style. Total meal including a whole bottle of Argentinean wine, all you can eat meats ,salads, and dessert is only about $17. lunch or $24. dinner. I have taken many visiting friends there and all have raved about it. They also have a Knife restaurant in nearby Coconut Grove, and also in Hollywood.
