Bar set up on Vision of the Seas?

I am new to Royal Caribbean having cruised exclusively on Norwegian. On NCL we are able to call customer service to order a bar set up for our stateroom. This means we could order up to 3 bottles of any kind of liquor to be delivered to our room upon arrival. There was a $3.00 set up fee and a one litre bottle was approx $30. Is this service available on RCC? Are there any other alternatives to ordering a bottle for your stateroom?

RCI does not offer this. You can not get any bottles of liquor in your room at all. The only way you can do this is by calling Wellwishers.com or Just Because of You and have them deliver to you on embarkation day.
