Are the teen/kids camps on Valor operated during Port Day?

Any suggestions for kids activities if they do not want to leave the ship during Port day are greatly appreciated. We will be sailing the Valor June 07 to Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize & Costa Maya. One of the boy in our group is on wheelchair, he is getting tired very easy and he does not handle heat well.

Yes, Camp carnival is open during port. If you are on board at lunch time you are requested to pick up your children at that time, otherwise they will be taken to lunch. Usually there are not any activities for teens while in port though, as most of them get off the ship.
