Beware SF Quake City Shuttle

We recently had the misfortune of getting our ride from SF to Oakland airport on the Quake CIty Shuttle service. The driver we got was such a bad driver, we really feared for our safety. Then when we reached the airport, he dropped us off so far from our airlines counter, we had to trek what seemed like a mile with all of our luggage. To add to the fray, he would not honor the discount coupons that I had printed out pre-cruise to save us a few bucks. He called the dispatcher, who wasn't going to budge. It was really the only bad part of our entire cruise. I would recommend getting a different shuttle.
