We have sailed a couple of times with groups though not as large as yours.

You need to set the boundaries. DON'T try to do everything together because it won't work. Basically our rules were everybody do whatever you choose to, excursions, activities, etc and we will see you at dinner. Besides knowing our tablemates and seeing people around the ship it didn't really change from being by ourselves.

If you are planning to sit together for dinner make sure all your reservations are linked.

Have a great time!!!!

not telling them your cabin number is a great piece of advice....

link your reservations to sit with those that want the same seating....

.....and do what will make your cruise special for you. Don't try to please everyone, it won't be possible......do your thing and if you pass each other in the passageway, it'll just make it more interesting.

You might want to set a few greeting places/times one before you sail and one the day before you return....before you all go your seperate ways. And talk with a photographer by the atrium stairs to pre-arrange a time for you all to show up for a family photo on the stairs(it'd be priceless to get everyone in it).......it'd be easier to plan ahead and get word out than trying to whip something up before dinnerone night.

We took a group of 21 with us last time.

The first thing I would say is "Don't try to Please Everyone" , It will not work.

We linked all the cabins so we seen each other at dinner. We also all meet at the cabins before we arrived into a port just so everyone knew what the others were doing. We did not stick together at the ports or while we were on the ship.

Remember it is your vacation too!

Our last cruise, in December, was with a large group of family.

The best thing about a cruise is being able to do your own thing during the day, and then meeting up at dinner to talk about what you did.

If you are booked through a travel agent, they should make sure that all of your reservations are linked so that you're seating together.

Have a great time!
